Embed the mortgage calculator
Tooljo's mortgage calculator, on your site, with your colors — via a one-line iframe. Beta waitlist; we ship it when there are enough signups to justify supporting it.
Who this is for
- Real-estate blogs — embed alongside listing content so readers can run scenarios without leaving your site.
- Financial advisors — let prospects model their numbers before booking a call.
- Personal-finance creators — replace affiliate-driven mortgage calculators with one that doesn't sell user data.
- Internal tools — banks / lenders running educational portals.
What you'd get
- One-line iframe snippet, drop into any HTML page.
- URL params to pre-fill scenario inputs (deep-link to "$500K, 7%, 30yr").
- Configurable accent color to match your brand.
- Optional white-label (no tooljo branding) on paid tiers.
- Same privacy guarantee as the public tool — nothing your visitors enter is uploaded.

FAQ
Why a waitlist instead of just shipping it?
Embedding a calculator on a third-party site is a real-licensing-and-support product, not a script tag. We're validating demand first — if 50+ people sign up, we ship a real version with proper docs, branding controls, and an SLA. Otherwise we don't waste your time on something nobody asked for.
What will it look like?
An <iframe> snippet you paste into your site. Optional URL parameters to pre-fill scenario inputs (so you can deep-link to '$500K loan, 7% APR, 30 years'). Configurable color accent to match your brand. No tooljo branding required on paid tiers.
What's the pricing going to be?
Estimated ranges (subject to change once we ship): Free for personal blogs / non-commercial sites with tooljo attribution. ~$10–25/month for small businesses (single domain, basic branding). ~$50–150/month for agencies (multiple domains, white-label, scenario presets). These are working estimates — if you sign up, you'll be invited to the actual pricing conversation before we ship.
When?
No promises — we're gating on demand. If we hit 50 signups in a category, we typically ship within 4–8 weeks. Below that, we wait and revisit.
Can I just take the source code?
The mortgage calculator widget is open-source — you can fork the repo and self-host. The waitlist is for folks who'd rather pay $20/month than maintain a fork. Both are fine answers.
